Aleksandra i Ivana su pokrenule Well Me Care platformu iz želje da osnaže ljude sa hroničnim srčanim oboljenjima, kao i one kojima preti visok rizik od iste dijagnoze, tako da budu u mogućnosti da upravljaju svojim zdravljem i preuzmu kontrolu nad svojim navikama. Penjanje uz stepenice, odlazak u prodavnicu, priprema obroka, igranje sa decom, aktivnosti su koje su deo naše svakodnevnice. A strah, bes, usamljenost, nemoć deo su njihove svakodnevnice. Well Me Care platforma će omogućiti ljudima da se izbore sa ovim osećanjima kroz aktivnu podršku zajednice i psihologa da uspostave i održe zdrave navike poput izbalansirane ishrane i redovne fizičke aktivnosti kako bi vodili dug, aktivan i ispunjen život.

Aleksandra and Ivana launched the Well Me Care platform out of a desire to empower people with chronic heart disease, as well as those at high risk of the same diagnosis so that they will be able to manage their health and take control of their habits. Climbing the stairs, going to the store, preparing meals, playing with children, are activities that are part of our daily lives. And fear, anger, loneliness, helplessness are part of their everyday life. The Well Me Care platform will enable people to cope with these feelings through the active support of the community and psychologists to establish and maintain healthy habits such as a balanced diet and regular physical activity to lead a long, active, and fulfilled life.

Šta ima?

Projekat „Šta ima?“ kreira mrežu ugostiteljskih objekata u kojima će se jednom mesečno organizovati „Humanitarna kafa“. Tog dana ugostitelji se odriču zarade od prodatih kafa u humanitarne svrhe. Tako u prikupljanju pomoći može da učestvuje svako ko tog dana popije kafu, a taj prihod usmeravamo kao pomoć deci iz raznih ugroženih grupa (za decu obolelu od raka i za nezbrinutu decu). Time podižemo generalnu svest stanovništva o činjenju dobrih dela jer smatramo da je visoka svest najbitniji faktor koji utiče na kvalitet života u sredini u kojoj se nalazimo. Sa problemima na ti

Global economic crisis and transition process have led to high unemployment rate in Serbia, with young people being especially affected.  For the age group 15-24, the unemployment rate is 43.1%. The project “Sa problemima na ti” provides psychological assistance, career guidance and counselling services to young people through individual sessions, counselling via Skype, psychological testing, training and workshops. The project is being implemented by two psychologists/psychotherapists. In order for the project to be available for young people who belong to vulnerable social groups, these services are provided for free for Romany children in transition from primary to secondary school. The aim of the project is the improvement of young people’s mental health, the increase in their employability as well as the social integration of the young people from vulnerable social groups.

Eko gajbice

Eco Crates – Bees pollinate around 80% wild plant species and they are responsible for one third of our food. Without the bee there is no pollination, and without pollination there is no yield. Food chain in eco system is disrupted and unfortunately that can bring into question survival of all living life on planet. Many people don’t know that plants that they use everyday, are those plants that attract and feed pollinators. Our product „Eko gajbice“ is made with careful selection and combination of plants. „Eko gajbice“ are created as crates of health or mini city pharmacies that consist from medicinal herbs, and edible crates or mini supermarkets that consist from edible and spicy herbs. Our product can adapt to any space, it is made from natural and recycle materials, with interesting design and with additional material about growing and maintaining plants. Creating and maintaining mini habitats for bees in urban environments, on balconies and terraces of users, every owner of „Eko gajbice“ is participating in forming one bigger city network of bee oasis and that way we are helping bees to find their corner in unfriendly city environment and in same time creating nicer place for us and our neighbors.

Školski pratilac

School Companion – If we take in count car accidents, school violence and street criminal, movement of kids trough urban environments is something that we need to look for. Our youngest are our greatest treasure and because of that we are trying to provide them safe and care free growing up. Bearing in mind working hours some parents doesn’t have possibility to walk their kids to school and other activities every day. “Školski pratilac“ is person that will care for one child or group of kids, at a certain path. Those are adults with authority that are educated in fields of safety, work with children and first aid. Their selection and engagement is done by parents and advantage will have unemployed persons with experience in already mentioned fields and students. “Školski pratilac“ for their work will have financial compensation. Survey done in Belgrade elementary schools has shown that 70% of parents would use service of escort for their children. Our idea is unique on the market and available to everyone on the territory of the city. Engagement of “Školski pratilac“ is decreasing unemployment , giving parents safety of their loved ones, it saves precious time and inspires trust in community members.
